If you look real closely you can the 69218 stamped inside the right temple by the hinge and you can also see the original special locking nut on the hinge bolt.

If you look real closely you can also see the 69218 stamped inside the right temple by the hinge and you can also see the original special locking nut on the hinge bolt.
