How to do measurement. Size 48-18-135 means: First number is horizontal measurement of each lens at its widest part; Second is the width of the bridge or measurement between lenses; Third is the length of each temple from the hinge point to the end behind the ear. All measurement are in millimeters. So, for a total width multiply the lens width by 2 and add the bridge width. A small sunglass would be a size 49 or 50. Medium to large size sunglasses would be around a 54 to a 60.
